Payment and Delivery

The following conditions apply:

Service Area

Delivery is available within Germany and in the following countries:

Austria
Switzerland
Belgium
Luxembourg
Spain
France

Shipping to German and foreign islands is not available.

Shipping Costs

All amounts include sales tax.

We do not charge shipping fees.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise specified in the accompanying quote, domestic (Germany) delivery of the goods will take place within 3 to 5 business days.

For international shipments, the delivery time is 5 to 7 business days after the contract is concluded. If advance payment has been agreed upon, this period begins when your payment is received.

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them in a single shipment, unless we have made separate arrangements with you.

In this case, the delivery time is the same as the longest delivery time for the items you ordered.
